2. Purpose and nature of the Service
GTO Poker Lab is an educational tool for training preflop decisions in Texas Hold'em poker based on GTO (Game Theory Optimal) strategy. Its purpose is strictly learning and practice.
The Service is not a real-money gambling platform. There is no betting, no play with money, no way to win or lose money, and no prizes of any kind. It is intended for adults aged 18 or over.
3. Terms of use
Accessing the Service grants user status and implies acceptance of this Legal Notice, the Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. The user agrees to use the Service lawfully and diligently.
4. Intellectual property
All Service content (text, code, design, brand, logos, range charts, graphics and structure) belongs to TravelBeard LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without express authorization is prohibited.
5. Liability
The owner does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absence of errors. Content is indicative and educational and does not constitute professional advice. The owner is not liable for decisions the user makes based on the Service.

The Service may contain links to third-party sites (for example, to sign in with Google). The owner is not responsible for their content or policies.
