These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of GTO Poker Lab (the “Service”), operated by TravelBeard LLC. By using the Service you accept these terms; if you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

GTO Poker Lab is an educational tool to train preflop decisions in Texas Hold'em poker through drills, range charts, statistics and an AI-based assistant.

2. Eligibility and account

You must be 18 years or older to use the Service. To save your progress you create an account by signing in with Google (and, in the future, possibly with an email and password). You must provide truthful information, keep your credentials confidential, and you are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. Notify us of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service lawfully, for your personal and non-commercial learning, and in accordance with these terms.

4. Prohibited use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for unlawful purposes or in breach of third-party rights; (b) access or attempt to access systems or data without authorization; (c) perform scraping, reverse engineering, decompiling, or copying, redistributing or reselling the content or range charts; (d) interfere with or disrupt the operation, integrity or security of the Service; (e) use bots or automated means to abuse the Service; (f) resell or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.

5. Intellectual property and license

The Service, its content, brand and range charts belong to TravelBeard LLC or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Service under these terms. No rights are granted beyond those expressly stated.

6. Free service, future paid features and changes

The Service is currently offered free of charge. We may in the future offer optional paid features or subscriptions; their price, billing, renewal and cancellation terms will be shown before purchase and processed through a payment provider or the app store. We may modify, add or discontinue features at any time.

7. Notifications

If you enable notifications, we may send you reminders and relevant notices. You can disable them at any time from the settings or your device.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Strategic content (GTO ranges, AI Coach recommendations) is indicative and educational and does not guarantee any result, profit, or improvement in real games. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TravelBeard LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from the use or inability to use the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.

10. Responsible gaming

Although the Service does not involve real money, it is about poker. We promote a responsible approach: if gambling with money is causing you problems, seek professional support in your country. We do not encourage or facilitate real-money gambling.

11. Suspension, termination and account deletion

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (by contacting us or, where available, from the app). We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or the law. On termination, the license granted to you ends.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version will be published on this page with its date; continued use after changes means you accept them.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico (USA), without prejudice to the mandatory rights of consumer users under the laws of their country of residence.
